My friends occasionally say very nice, and occasionally very bizarre, things about me. However, I'm egotistical enough to consider all of them compliments.

The two best compliments I ever had were both from a good friend of mine called Scott Heron:

  * "You know John, your music isn't entirely bad..."
  * "John's like a Swiss army knife: He can do just about everything!"

JenniMac also gave a great compliment to my songs:

  * "It's the song I liked, not anything in particular!!"

===== Lorna =====
I had an amazing compliment in the form of a proposal from one of the nicest girls alive, Lorna Walker, when I helped her with a University Assignment in late 2005:

  * "Its official I want to marry you!!"

The significantly amazing Lizzy Mann of Boston has said some wonderfully nice things about me:

  * "So...there's this guy I really like aaaand the ocean has decided to wedge itself between us. Not too appreciative of that. However, I guess I can consider myself lucky enough to have met a guy like this, one who is sweet and considerate, who makes me laugh and smile, who is the focus of my dreams. Yup..he's amazing. Absolutely amazing."
  * "John, you're body never ceases to amaze me"
  * "He's like a beautiful dream that has transformed itself into reality."
